Crossroads and Sammamish High School Police Activity

On August 23, 2006, around 3:00 PM (ending around 7:00 PM), I was informed there was a lot of Bellevue / King County police activity around Sammamish High School and the Cross Roads area. I videotaped the police searching a house, questioning people, and eventually arresting someone (the arrest may be an unrelated incident). The person that was arrested is presumed innocent until proven guilty by law. This is an email I received from Public Information Officer G. G. (full name withheld) of the Bellevue Police Department concerning what happened: “The officers were looking for a runaway juvenile who was seen near the school. He ran and we tried to catch up to him. Because this person is a minor, I cannot be more specific. Suffice it to say we really didn't consider it much of a threat to the community.” The reason I made this short video was, well . . . it was fun to follow cops. And two, it was to show how Magix Editing Software allows the user to censor parts of the picture (like license plates), do good sound editing (which you really can't notice), and do a good job editing in general.
